Allgemeine Informationen

Das Linear 5 System von HK Audio verkörpert solide Lautsprecherqualität, auf die Verlass ist. Dieser L5 112 XA Aktivlautsprecher mit 12 Zoll/1 Zoll Setup ist mit einem multifunktionalem Gehäuse gesegnet und stellt das Einstiegsmodell der verlässlichen Serie dar. Der Lautsprecher kann als Fullrange-Lautsprecher, Satellit oder Bodenmonitor eingesetzt werden.

Technische Merkmale

Der L5 XA ist mit einem 12 Zoll Woofer und einem 1 Zoll Kompressionstreiber ausgestattet. Durch den standesgemäßen Antrieb des Verstärkers können mit dem Aktivlautsprecher 135 dB SPL Peak produziert werden. Daher steht besagtem Einsatz als Bodenmonitor nichts im Wege, denn laut genug ist er auf jeden Fall. Das drehbare CD-Horn mit 60° x 40° Abstrahlwinkel, oder umgekehrt, trägt die Höhen optimal an die Hörerschaft heran. Aktive Schutzschaltungen beschützen den Lautsprecher außerdem vor unter anderem Spannungsspitzen und Überhitzung, was die Langlebigkeit des L5 112 XA begünstigt.

Äußerlichkeiten

Das stabile, grob gelochte Frontgitter mit dem gewissen Wiedererkennungswert der gesamten Serie strahlt Robustheit aus. In der Praxis zeichnet sich dieses und das widerstandsfähige Hybridgehäuse aus Birke-Multiplex und MDF als sehr wertvoll aus. Hinter dem Gitter befindet sich schwarzer Akustikschaumstoff, der die Treiber vor äußeren Einflüssen schützt. Selbstverständlich befinden sich zwei Tragegriffe zum leichteren Handling am Gehäuse des 21,1 kg wiegenden Speaker.
