What is a B-stock product?
A product becomes B-stock when it can no longer be sold as new. It can simply be a product that has been returned by a customer or it may have packaging that is damaged or missing. It’s possible that the product itself may show slight signs of use or damage too. All B-stock products are fully checked to ensure that they work properly and you can find details of why the product is a B-stock in the information above.
B-stock information
The B-stock tab on the product page shows information about the B-stock product. Be aware that this information supersedes anything you may read in the product description.
The product description includes text and specifications about the product in its brand-new state. It’s possible that a B-stock item may be missing accessories mentioned in the text or specifications, for instance, but if so, this will always be mentioned in the B-stock information. B-stock products also include photos of the actual B-stock item so that you can see exactly what it looks like.
B-stock photos
The B-stock photos allow you to see the actual B-stock product you are considering purchasing. The photos show the following:

This Riversong-developed dreadnought is made for the performing guitarist. Finished with their trademark NeckNology adjustable neck, the action of this guitar can be swiftly raised or lowered using a discreet 'switch', even while you play. The technical details definitely don't end there, since the soundboard of the Riversong P551CE-D has been made by sandwiching a strong slice of basswood between two thinner slices - all designed and built in the Riversong workshop in Danshui (Guitar City). The solid walnut fretboard feels smooth and snug beneath the fret hand, and when you plug in this guitar, you get treated to the transparent yet richly raw sound of the newest pickup system from Fishman. This attainably priced electro-acoustic comes drenched in characteristic Canadian charm.
