What is a B-stock product?
A product becomes B-stock when it can no longer be sold as new. It can simply be a product that has been returned by a customer or it may have packaging that is damaged or missing. It’s possible that the product itself may show slight signs of use or damage too. All B-stock products are fully checked to ensure that they work properly and you can find details of why the product is a B-stock in the information above.
B-stock information
The B-stock tab on the product page shows information about the B-stock product. Be aware that this information supersedes anything you may read in the product description.
The product description includes text and specifications about the product in its brand-new state. It’s possible that a B-stock item may be missing accessories mentioned in the text or specifications, for instance, but if so, this will always be mentioned in the B-stock information. B-stock products also include photos of the actual B-stock item so that you can see exactly what it looks like.
B-stock photos
The B-stock photos allow you to see the actual B-stock product you are considering purchasing. The photos show the following:

If warm and accurate sound reproduction, multiple pickup patterns and a price that won't have you casually flee the scene is what you're looking for, then Samson's CL8a is the perfect large-diaphragm condenser microphone. Since it comes with a number of selectable and highly useful pickup patterns, you'll always be prepared for the job at hand, whether that's recording solo artists or entire bands. The CL8a features a two-pole high-pass filter to keep out undesired lows, while activating the option to dampen the signal by 10 dB is great for capturing high-SPL sound sources and takes a load off the built-in preamp. Samson have finished this capable studio mic with an integrated shock mount that serves two purposes: protect the diaphragm at all cost and absorb vibrations for higher quality recordings.
