Dimavery OV-500 Elektro- und Akustikgitarre, Flamed Black

Dimavery's OV-500 roundback guitars are available in several colours. This is the black version with a flamed top. The term 'roundback' means that this guitar has a curved back. The OV-500 was modelled after the familiar Ovation guitars and is characterised by its synthetic back and clear tone.

Dimavery OV-500: beautifully finished with several types of wood

The top of this guitar is made of agathis and sports a flamed maple pattern. The neck is made of maple and features a rosewood fretboard with white position markers and bindings. Contrary to traditional acoustic guitars, the OV-500 has several small sound holes. These holes are beautifully finished with a wooden leaf motif.

Suitable for recording and live performances

Thanks to the built-in piezo pickup you can use this steel-string guitar both acoustically and amplified. Additionally, this guitar features a preamp with a three-band equalizer and a separate Presence and volume control. The battery check tells you whether the battery needs replacing. As these guitars produce a tight sound with few basses, they're ideal to use on stage at high volume.
