With the CJ-COLO2, Fazley show that a great-sounding cajon that packs deep bass and bright snare sound doesn't necessarily have to be an expensive one. This birch-made string cajon features a maple playing surface with a particularly colourful red-yellow-and-green finish and two internal snare wires mounted to it on the inside. V-shaped, the snare wires shape deep lows when the playing surface is struck in the middle with a flat hand, while four anti-slip feet keep the cajon from passing any vibrations on to the floor to ensure optimal resonance.
