Radial JDI Passive DI

The Radial JDI is the crown jewel among passive DIs, the show-piece inside being the Jensen transformer to make sure your unbalanced signal is transparently converted to a balanced one. Next to the usual functionality such as a 15 dB pad, phase reversing, ground lift and a Thru connector, the JDI has a few more tricks up its sleeve, including the Merge button to turn the Thru connection into an additional input. This way, you can use the JDI to merge two unbalanced signals into one balanced signal. Then there's the Speaker switch, which is sure to please guitarists as it can be pressed to activate a -30 dB pad and a speaker simulation filter for smooth and issue-free integration in a guitar amp and speaker cab set-up. Saving you the hassle of using a mic, the thru signal will be sent to the speaker cab while the balanced output is hooked up to a mixer or recording rig.
