This white version of the Sennheiser ME 35 condenser microphone capsule is a replaceable microphone head that can be used in combination with the Sennheiser MZH goosenecks. These goosenecks are also available with a matching white coating. The capsule has a super-cardioid pickup pattern, very low self-noise and a transparent and natural sound. The super-cardioid pickup pattern ensures that you can direct the microphone very precisely, so that you won't be bothered by crosstalk and feedback. This is ideal for church services and spaces where there is a lot of reverberation or ambient noise.

Applications of the ME 35 microphone capsule

The ME 35 microphone head has a very linear response and a super-cardioid pickup pattern. It can take a maximum sound pressure of no less than 130 dB! This makes the microphone very versatile: you can use it for conferences, recitations, in the studio, on stage, for video applications, etc. The microphone head is based on the legendary KE10 capsule, that can be found in the MKE 40 lavalier and MKE44P Sennheiser stereo microphones, amongst others.

As such, there is a perfect opportunity to make a great recording in nearly any situation. You can, for instance, mount the ME 35 straight onto an MZH gooseneck for use with lecterns. With the Sennheiser MZH 30 holder, you can suspend the capsule from the ceiling. The MZC 30 is a separately available, long thin cable with XLR plug that allows you to incorporate the capsule into its direct surrounding, discretely.
