The VP64 is available in two different sizes: the 7.8” (200 mm) VP64A, and this one, the 9.6” (244 mm) VP64AL. This particular model gives you a bit more reach, which is especially handy for journalists and the like. It's easier to position, so that you'll be able to get higher quality recordings than your competitors - unless they also have a VP64AL, of course!
