The hefty Roto-moulded body of the SKB Gig Rig has been built to withstand the most heavy and intense of situations. Housing twelve upper rack units, supported by steel rails, this flight case has more than enough room for cables and any connections that might be sticking out while, at the front, 8U can take larger bits of kit like amplifiers and equalizers. When closed, the lid has been designed so that all connected cables can stay in place and when completely removed, the lid can be placed under the entire case, giving it an utterly stable base and an optimum working height. The SKB Gig Rig is of course fitted with robust handles and a convenient set of wheels.
